By submitting their work to Regional Studies, the author(s) agree to grant IRS a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to publish, reproduce, and distribute the work worldwide in all formats, including electronic. Authors retain copyright of their work while granting IRS the right to associate their name with the published work and use it for promotional purposes.
